General provisions
The journal “Topical Issues of Philology and Methods of Foreign Language Teaching” publishes materials on theoretical and practical issues related to research in the fields of philology and teaching foreign languages, in accordance with the nomenclature of scientific specialties:
050800 – pedagogical sciences
050900 – philological sciences
Previously unpublished manuscripts designed in accordance with the requirements of the journal are accepted for publication. Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements of the journal are rejected.
All submitted manuscripts are subject to double-blind peer review and approval by the editorial board. The Editorial Board reserves the right to edit articles with the preservation of the author’s version of the scientific content. If necessary, the editorial board may ask the author to make additions or changes to the manuscript, as well as to correct technical errors.
Remuneration (fee) for published scientific articles is not provided.
The author (or co-authors) is asked to register on the journal’s website and submit the article according to the requirements. The maximum number of co-authors of one manuscript is 5 people.
The publication of articles in the journal “Topical Issues of Philology and Methods of Foreign Language Teaching” and the delivery of the journal to the authors is carried out according to the contract for the publication of manuscripts.
The editorial board of the journal has the right to publish issues of the journal on its own website, as well as on the websites of Russian and foreign organizations that provide the scientific citation index.
Reprint of the materials of the journal “Topical Issues of Philology and Methods of Foreign Language Teaching” without the permission of the editorial board is prohibited, references to the journal when quoting are required.
Plagiarism and self-plagiarism are considered as forms of violation of the publication ethics. All incoming manuscripts are checked using the software www.antiplagiat.ru Any detected plagiarism and / or self-plagiarism is subject to revision of the manuscript or may be considered as a cause of rejection of the article.
